Elegant wedding attire appropriate for Catholic church ceremony. Women should have shoulders covered during the service; a light shawl, wrap, bolero, lace cover, or sweater is perfect. Men should wear a jacket or suit.
After the Wedding Mass, please join us for an aperitivo at Santi 40, just a short stroll from the Basilica, before we continue the celebration with dinner and festivities in the Lazio countryside.
Three vans will transport guests from the aperitivo to the reception at Ristorante La Grigliata, a traditional Italian trattoria-style restaurant owned by Angelica’s great-aunt and great-uncle, where her great-aunt also serves as chef. Located approximately 90 minutes from Trastevere, the restaurant has long been a special gathering place for family and friends.
Return transportation to Piazza Navona Rome will be available with staggered departures between 8:00pm and 9:00pm.
